What is in those lined journals?

I decided today to do a quick little flip through of one of my most favorited journals on Etsy. This is one of the lined ones. I have a whole variety of lined and blank ones in the shop. Also just got some fresh blank pages cut to create some new blank journals. So more to come on that one.

What would you put in your journal? Are you a bullet journal aficionado? Do you like to make lists? I’ve recently in one of my journals started to quickly write down what I’m anxious about before I take part in a task. I heard about it on The Mel Robbins Podcast and so far so good.
